The Provincial Agency for Energy Frosinone, a
limited liability company (A.P.E.F. scarl), was
born, within the community announcement "Intelligent Energy
for Europe 2004", from the initiative of the
Province of Frosinone, with the participation of
both private companies and public enterprises, and also with the
University of Cassino as the first scientific
partner. The Agency has been financed by European
Community for the first three years of activity and has
seen and still sees the participation of the municipality of
Parma and the municipality of
Sighisoara (Romania), besides the Province of
Frosinone. Leader and co-ordinator of the project is the Province
of Frosinone.

Apef is a limited liability company with its registered office
in Piazza Gramsci n° 13 and its operative office in Via Isonzo
n° 19, both in Frosinone (Italy).
