Today in Italy training has a great importance; increase of human resources' qualities in each professional field always needs a constant bringing up to date about energy, environment and their rules which continually evolve.

Professional growth and a great of output of human resources guarantee, besides local economic growth, a major sensitization and attention to energy subject in order to save available resources on the Planet and improve environmental qualities and its defence.

A.P.E.F. (Agency Provincial for Energy Frosinone), which is non-profit, works on definition and concrete realization of a series of actions locally aimed to improve energy resource management, by means of the promotion of Energy efficiency, and to promote the best use of local and renewable resources and to improve sustainable transport. Agency will carry out activity of assistance in the field of energy and plants as well as planning made in these fields.

In particular, APEF will perform actions such as:

-draft of Provincial Energy plan;

- promotion of good manners for  Energy saving;

- promotion of efficient use of energy and development of renewable energy resources;

- promotion of environmental- energy education's at schools of any kind;

- promotion of informative campaign, Energy diagnosis, activities of certification and diagnostics in buildings;

- increase of technical skills in Energy field with public and private operators;

- organization of data bank, lessons and meetings, in the field of energy and environment;

- accomplishment of analysis and researches in the field of energy, about kinds of funding, technical law and rule about energy;

- spread of knowledge and access to funding opportunities in Energy field in European Union;

- assistance and getting behind local administrations in order to perform institutional tasks in the field of energy and environmental

- promotion of training in the field of Energy renewable sources, Energy saving and rational use of energy.

Agency will be promoter with Companies, Universities and training societies responsible for this important task, providing suitable means for executives, officials, professional people through meetings, seminars, workshop and training course in order to improve their competences in the field of renewable energy sources and energy saving.
